These terms govern your use of the Anchor Vibes application and theperfectscoll.space. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

The service

Anchor Vibes provides a curated scrolling experience combining licensed visual media, audio, and clearly labelled adapted passages. It is intended for relaxation, reflection, and general wellbeing. It is not medical, psychological, or professional advice.

Free access and subscriptions

The app may provide a limited number of free scrolls. Unlimited access may require an auto-renewable subscription or another in-app purchase shown before confirmation. Prices and trial availability are displayed by Apple and may vary by storefront.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless cancelled through your Apple Account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not generally refund the current billing period. Apple handles billing, cancellation, and eligible refund requests under its terms.

Content and updates

The number and composition of photographs, videos, audio pieces, and passages may change as the collection is reviewed and improved. We may add, replace, or remove material for quality, licensing, accuracy, or technical reasons. Future updates are not guaranteed to follow a particular schedule unless expressly stated in the purchase offer.

Intellectual property

The Anchor Vibes app, interface, branding, arrangement, and original text are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party photographs, films, audio, and source works remain subject to their respective rights and licences. Adapted passages are identified as adaptations and should not be treated as verbatim scholarly translations.

Acceptable use

• Do not copy, redistribute, resell, scrape, or extract the app’s media library.
• Do not interfere with security, purchasing, or access controls.
• Do not use the service in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.

Availability and warranties

We work to keep Anchor Vibes reliable, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Features may be interrupted for maintenance, platform changes, or circumstances outside our control.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
